you don't twin turbo a 4 cylinder. and if you do, you're an idiot, and if you do you use teeny weeny turbos, not "big ones". lesson 1: obvious facts-for max. power(or any good power figure at all) you don't dual turbo a 2,3,4 cylinder-too little motor and too much turbo. second, you DO twin turbo a V6, V8, V10, or V12, cuz it is fed better having 2 halves in a sense to the motor. better response, better max. power. straight six cylinders and rotaries can go either way depending on how smart you are. sorry to bum ya but your bud either is a) a liar b) not an owner of a 10 second miata or c) you just said it wrong about the "two big turbos" cuz that's dumb. sorry don't be mad, nik
